Ask your agent about discounts. He or she will know about discounts that apply in your state or to your type of policy.
Consider our By-line program. Your agent can compare your unique insurance needs to our “By-line” program. It may be that in your case you do not need a comprehensive package. If you and your agent decide that this custom policy is a better fit for you, you may save on the policy cost.
Consider adding breakdown coverage to your mobile home insurance. It may seem odd that adding an extra coverage can save you money, but our breakdown coverage expands your policy to cover more, giving you a better value.
We pay for the repair or replacement of your major appliances, HVAC and electronics if they just stop working. That can save you a lot of money for an unexpected repair or replacement. You pay just the deductible.

Increase your deductible. We offer several deductible options. The standard deductible is $500, but increasing the deductible actually lowers your rate by $30, $40 or even $75.
Pick the payment option that’s best for you. You can pay your manufactured home insurance premium with a personal check or with a major credit card. Many of our customers who need to budget find installment payments work for them. To avoid the hassle of mailing checks, our EZPay electronic funds transfer (EFT) service automatically deducts your payment from your checking account – on the date of the month that you select. Your agent will set up the option best for you.
